We ship all goods through premium tracked couriers. You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order is shipped. Local taxes and import duties might apply depending on the destination.

Your product will be expected to reach within 3 - 5 business days for UK and EU. For USA and Canada, the expected delivery timeline is 3-10 days. Shipping times vary according to country of destination.
Returns
You may return your order within 14 days from the day of the delivery of your order. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to let us know about your decision to return, before the withdrawal period has expired by emailing customer support on contact@fireupuk.com.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe arrival of your return.The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
